Development / September 2026

From the station to the field.

A running command station and end-to-end software simulations establish the starting point. The next phase focuses on real hardware, external evaluation and a first design-partner pilot in Spain.

Where we stand

A working station. A measured path to the field.

Founder-funded development has produced a running command station, a signed decision record, on-station video analysis and end-to-end drone tasks in software-in-the-loop simulation. The next phase connects that software to field hardware and customer evaluation.

Demonstrated

Running software, a live-feed operating picture and explicitly labelled simulation scenarios.

Next milestones

Field hardware, owned-sensor integration, real-airframe validation and radio trials.

Partner development

Work toward a first design-partner pilot in Spain.

In development

The next software capabilities.

Further software development extends collaboration, cognition and rehearsal alongside field integration.

KIZUNA

Shared situational awareness, overlays and collaboration between stations are in development.

Senshi

Behaviour recognition, audio events and multimodal understanding are future development areas.

FATUM

A standalone edition for training and wargaming is planned alongside the integrated station engine.

Evidence labels

Describe the conditions behind a result.

A running software demonstration, an internal test and a simulated aircraft exercise establish different things. We identify those conditions and distinguish current functions from roadmap items. Simulation figures do not establish real-world flight, radio or operational performance.

Review and validation

Build the next stage around scrutiny.

Field integration, external evaluation and accreditation form the next stage of validation. Technical briefings provide a starting point: inspect the software evidence, understand its assumptions and define the evaluation needed for a prospective deployment.

Founder

Built across software and embedded systems.

Subhan ibn Wasim Shaikh is the founder of Xenos Industries. His background spans electronics engineering and computer science, embedded engineering, electronic-warfare operations and red-team cyber operations.
